目的:研讨DDVP和残杀威对淡色库蚊非特异性酯酶(NSE)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的作用,完善蚊虫抗药性的生物化学检测方法;方法:用微量滴定板法测定单个蚊虫NSE和AChE活力;结果:DDVP和残杀威可抑制活体淡色库蚊NSE活力,处理72 h后NSE活力基本恢复到处理前水平,DDVP对NSE的抑制作用大于残杀威;抗DDVP品系和抗残杀威品系淡色库蚊AChE对DDVP和残杀威的敏感性均较敏感品系降低,抗残杀威品系AChE不敏感性较抗DDVP品系强,残杀威对淡色库蚊AChE的抑制作用大于DDVP;结论:测定NSE检测蚊虫抗药性时,若虫已用有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂处理,应在处理72 h后测定,测定AChE不敏感性检测蚊虫抗药性时,可选用残杀威作为抑制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To study the biochemical detection methods of DDVP and propoxur against non-specific esterase (Esterase) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) of Culex pipiens pallens, and to improve the resistance of mosquitoes.Methods: AChE activity. Results: DDVP and propoxur could inhibit the NSE activity of Culex pipiens pallens. After 72 h of treatment, the NSE activity returned to the pre-treatment level, and DDVP had greater inhibitory effect on NSE than propoxur.
