为了解高职教师职业倦怠情况,给高职教师职业倦怠的预防或干预提供相应依据,本文采用教师职业倦怠量表对铜陵地区两所高职院校的教师进行了随机整群抽样调查,结果显示铜陵地区高职教师职业倦怠的总体情况并不严重。
In order to understand the occupational burnout of higher vocational teachers and provide corresponding evidences for the prevention and intervention of occupational burnout of higher vocational teachers, we conducted a random cluster sampling survey of teachers in two higher vocational colleges in Tongling using the questionnaire of occupational burnout of teachers. It shows that the overall situation of occupational burnout of vocational teachers in Tongling area is not serious.
