首先简要介绍了供电公司在电力市场中需要研究的问题。根据边际成本定价原理 ,针对简化的配电网条件 ,建立了分时电价优化模型。利用 Kuhn— Tucker条件 ,进一步得到了供电公司分时售电电价的表达式 ,并从工程角度探讨了分时电价中各分量的计算方法。算例考虑了配电网线损和简化的可靠性要求 ,所得到的分时售电电价更接近于供电成本。
First of all, it briefly introduces the issues that need to be studied by the power supply company in the electricity market. According to the principle of marginal cost pricing, a time-of-use electricity price optimization model is established for the simplified distribution network conditions. Using Kuhn-Tucker condition, the expression of time-of-sale electricity price of power supply company is further obtained and the calculation method of each component in time-of-use electricity price is discussed from an engineering point of view. The example considers the line loss of the distribution network and the simplified reliability requirements, and the obtained electricity selling price at the time share is closer to the power supply cost.
