代谢在生命活动及疾病发生发展中有特别重要的作用。肿瘤患者存在明显的脂质代谢异常，脂质代谢的异常过程通过调节信号传导通路影响基因和蛋白的异常表达，促进细胞恶性转化、侵袭和转移，抑或起到相反的作用，不同肿瘤患者的脂质代谢特点不同。笔者综述了脂质代谢异常与恶性实体肿瘤相关性的基础研究和流行病学研究进展，对恶性肿瘤的预防、治疗以及判断预后等提供帮助。“,”Lipid metabolism plays an important role in the development of life activities and disease.Lipid metabolism is obviously abnormal in patients with tumor disease.It regulates the abnormal expression of genes and proteins by affecting the signal transduction pathway, thus the outcome is promoting transformation, invasion and metastasis of malignant cells, or playing an opposite role.Characteristics of lipid metabolism are different among patients with different tumors.The writer reviewed the research progress of basic and epidemiological studies on the relationship between lipid metabolism and malignant tumors, aimed to prevent, treat and judge the prognosis of malignant tumors.
