目的:观察糖脂清(TZQ)对实验性高胆固醇血症家兔脂代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养法建立实验性高胆固醇血症家兔模型。糖脂清用药剂量为生药3.2,1.6,0.8g·kg-1,以血脂康0.13g·kg-1作为阳性对照,给药30d后检测血清及肝脏总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平。结果:糖脂清能显著降低实验性高胆固醇血症家兔TC,TG,血清FFA水平,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:糖脂清对实验性高胆固醇血症家兔的脂质代谢紊乱有良好的调节作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of glycolipid (TZQ) on lipid metabolism in rabbits with experimental hypercholesterolemia. METHODS: The experimental rabbit model of hypercholesterolemia was established by high fat diet feeding. The amount of glycolipids was 3.2, 1.6, and 0.8 g·kg-1 for crude drug, 0.13 g·kg-1 for Xuezhikang as a positive control, serum and total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were measured after 30 days of administration. ), serum free fatty acid (FFA) levels. Results: Glucose-lipid significantly reduced the levels of TC, TG and serum FFA in rabbits with experimental hypercholesterolemia, and there was a significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Glucose-lipid has a good effect on the regulation of lipid metabolism in rabbits with experimental hypercholesterolemia.
