目的:调查不同层面新兵群体人格特质特点,研究影响新兵人格特质稳定性的因素,为挑选人格特质稳定的兵员提供参考。方法:抽取22个单位新兵3015例,分别按照入伍意愿、政治面貌、成长环境、独生子女与否、有无不良嗜好、社会交往情况、文化程度及有无特长等8个方面,采用卡特尔16种个性因素量表(16PF)进行测评,分析不同层面群体的人格特质特点。结果:入伍意愿、政治面貌等8个不同组别间多数人格特质因子差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:入伍意愿、政治面貌、成长环境、独生子女与否、有无不良嗜好、社会交往情况、文化程度及有无特长等因素,均影响新兵人格特质的稳定性。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of personality traits of recruits at different levels, to study the factors that affect the stability of personality traits of recruits, and to provide references for the selection of soldiers with stable personality traits. Methods: A total of 3015 recruits from 22 units were recruited. According to their willingness to join the army, their political environment, their growth environment, their only child or not, whether they had any bad habits, social interaction, educational level and specialty, Personality factor scale (16PF) for evaluation, analysis of personality characteristics of different levels of groups characteristics. Results: There were significant or very significant differences in personality traits among the eight different groups, including willingness to join the army and political appearance (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The factors such as the willingness to join the army, the political environment, the growth environment, the only child or not, whether or not to have bad habits, the social interaction, the education level and the special skills all affect the stability of the personality traits of recruits.
