孙中山先生的三峡梦1918年,第一次世界大战刚刚结束,中国民主革命的先驱孙中山先生便以英文发表《国际共同发展中国实业计划——补助世界战后整顿实业之方法》。此文表达了中国人希望利用西方战时大规模的机器设备和人才技术发展中国实业的愿望。1921年此文以中文出版之际,更名为《建国方略之二——实业计划(物质建设)》。孙中山先生在《实业计划》第二计划第四部“改良现有水路及运河”节中有如下描绘:自宜昌而上,入峡行,约一百英里而达四川之低地,即地学家所谓红盆地也。此宜昌以上迄于江源一部份河流,两岸岩石束江,峡窄且深,平均深有六寻(三十六英尺),最深有至三十寻者。急流与滩石,沿流皆是。
