麻黄碱是从麻黄科植物麻黄中提出的生物碱.过去主要用于防治支气管哮喘,低血压等.近年又有新用途.1 遗尿症 本品有α、β受体兴奋作用·能提高大脑皮质的兴奋性.使睡眠深度减弱.当患儿受到膀胱刺激或此之前就容易自醒或被唤醒,方法:麻黄碱0.75～1mg·kg~(-1).最大量不超过25mg·次~(-1).每日1次.睡前眼.10d一疗程,必要时可重复l～2疗程.有人治疗12例.痊愈8例.好转4例.
