常言道:顾客就是上帝。对于长途客运公司而言,旅客无疑就是他们的“上帝”了。长途旅客喜欢坐什么样的车,对车辆的性能和客运服务有哪些要求,都是客运公司需要了解的内容。日前,本报记者前往位于北京市南三环的祥龙赵公口长途客运站,对长途旅客进行了抽样调查,调查的主要内容有:旅客对各种客车品牌的认知度,对客车型号的偏好以及最重视客运服务的哪些方面。
