介绍利用可编程控制器和变频器改进传统恒压供水控制系统的基本思想,系统设计引入闭环控制,利用PLC控制变频器,变频器驱动一台电动泵,结合其他工频泵,系统具有供水量的粗调和微调功能,自动控制工频泵的投入和退出,很好地实现恒压供水系统的自动控制,大大提高系统效率。最后,指出系统中抗干扰设计的必要性。
The basic idea of using programmable controller and frequency converter to improve the traditional constant pressure water supply control system is introduced. The system design introduces closed-loop control, PLC is used to control the inverter and the inverter drives an electric pump. Combined with other industrial frequency pumps, the system has the capacity of water supply The coarse tuning and fine tuning function, automatically control the input and exit of the industrial frequency pump, well realize the automatic control of the constant pressure water supply system, greatly improve the system efficiency. Finally, the necessity of anti-jamming design in the system is pointed out.
