从原材料、热处理显微组织和磨削工艺3个方面对12CrNi2A钢滚轮产生裂纹的原因进行分析,并进行磨削工艺试验。结果表明,原材料和热处理不是导致裂纹的原因,裂纹是由于磨削进给量过大造成的,通过减少磨削进给量,可消除磨削裂纹的产生。
The causes of cracks in 12CrNi2A steel rollers were analyzed from three aspects of raw materials, heat treatment microstructure and grinding process, and the grinding process test was carried out. The results show that the raw materials and heat treatment are not the cause of the cracks. The cracks are caused by excessive grinding feed. By reducing the grinding feed, the generation of grinding cracks can be eliminated.
