当代青少年犯罪问题已与环境污染、吸毒贩毒并列为世界三大公害,成为各国强烈关注的重大社会问题。学校作为青少年成长、学习的重要场所,在预防青少年犯罪方面有独特的地位和优势。但现阶段我国学校教育还存在着重智轻德、师德滑坡、普法不力、忽视心理健康教育等缺陷,对青少年犯罪心理的形成具有重要的影响。针对当前学校教育的缺失,必须采取相应策略,预防和减少青少年犯罪的发生和蔓延。 The issue of contemporary juvenile delinquency has been paralleled with environmental pollution and drugs and drug trafficking as the three major public nuisances in the world and has become a major social issue of intense concern to all countries. As an important place for adolescents to grow up and learn, schools have a unique position and advantage in preventing juvenile delinquency. However, at this stage, there are still some defects in our school education, such as the seriousness, the lightness and morality, the decline of teachers’ morality, the weakness of popularization of laws and neglect of mental health education, which have an important influence on the formation of criminal psychology of adolescents. In response to the current lack of school education, we must take corresponding strategies to prevent and reduce the occurrence and spread of juvenile delinquency.
