埋地管道穿越道路时,外加保护套管的方法存在一系列弊病,如投资增加、形成屏蔽、不受土壤约束,易产生位移且破坏防腐层。为此,本文作者以试验数据为依据,提出取消套管裸管穿越的方法。文中介绍了四组管子开沟敷设,管内无介质无内压的情况下,加上不同的动荷载。结果表明,只要管子四周的土夯实,其应力与应变均较小,从强度和刚度上都能保证,说明不加套管是可行的。同时试验还表明无沟铺设(顶管或钻孔)比开沟敷设更为安全。此外,文中还把试验实测值与斯潘格尔公式的计算值比较,证明斯氏公式用于预估埋地钢管的变形和应力是可行的。
Buried pipeline crossing the road, plus a method of casing protection there are a series of ills, such as increased investment, the formation of shielding, free from soil constraints, easy to produce displacement and destruction of the coating. To this end, the author of the experimental data as the basis, proposed to eliminate the bare tube through the casing method. In this paper, four groups of pipe ditching laying are introduced. In case of no medium without internal pressure in the pipe, different dynamic loads are added. The results show that as long as the soil around the pipe tamping, the stress and strain are small, both from the strength and stiffness, indicating that no casing is feasible. Tests also showed that laying without furrows (jacking or drilling) is safer than laying furrows. In addition, comparing the measured value of the experiment with the calculated value of Spangle equation, it is feasible to use the Smith equation to predict the deformation and stress of the buried steel pipe.
