分级读本里的课文可以作为低年级学生适合使用的语料库读本等教学用途外,运用好驱动学习数据的语料库,并使之成为小学高年级和初中生能够容易掌握的学习方式,这是很多学者研究的方向之一。用这种方式划分出来的语料库不同于向学生展示的语言真实性,而这一过程究竟有多远?这种语料库的简单特质可能会局限学生对于语块的展示,这些语块对于自然流利英语的习得是最基本的。该文对分级读本语料库中的语块与英国国家语料库进行比较,整合语言的流利程度、类型、写作以及评价等级输入的真实性等方面。语块的范围和程度足够提供影响真实语言的输入还是有很多学者提出了质疑,但同时建议,年级课本语料库可以作为语言学习的可信度和真实度提供一种平衡尺度。

At the same time, it is suggested that the grade text corpus can provide a measure of balance as the credibility and truth of language learning.
