所谓的人力资源就是具有劳动力并且能够生产产品为企业营造利益的人,企业对人力资源的合理分配是十分重要的并且还要结合现实的需求情况。如果人力超出了生产数量的需求那么就会浪费一部分新增的产品,不能够被生产出来,而且多余的人也无法就业。就我国而言人口比较多,一旦出现过多的人在家待业社会经济的发展会产生很大的影响。因此我国的人力资源能否得到合理的分配,可以直接对我国的经济水平和发展方向产生影响。

If the manpower exceeds the demand of the quantity of production, then a part of new products will be wasted, can not be produced, and redundant people will not be able to get employed. Therefore, whether or not our country’s human resources can be rationally distributed can directly affect the economic level and development direction of our country.
