针对铁道机车的称重调簧计算方法的研究,文章提出了“边际轮重”的概念,建立了铁道机车用于轮重分析的模型和通用方程组,演绎了轴箱弹簧加垫对机车各车轮轮重分布影响(即边际轮重)的计算过程,并以某三轴转向架为例给出了具体的边际轮重计算结果。文章还介绍了基于整车称重试验台实际测到的轮重称重数据和二系悬挂的结构特点,计算理想轮重和理想加垫量的方法,以及对理想加垫量计算结果进行规格化处理的原则。最后给出了所介绍的计算方法的适用范围。 In this paper, the concept of “marginal wheel weight” is put forward to study the calculation method of weighing transfer springs for railway locomotives. The models and general equations of railway locomotive for wheel load analysis are established. The calculation process of the wheel redistribution (ie the marginal wheel weight) of the locomotive is given. The calculation results of the specific marginal wheel weight are given by taking a three-axle bogie as an example.
