目的调查急诊科护士对不良事件上报的态度,并对原因进行分析。方法 2014年11月-12月,选择便利抽样的方法,在某三级甲等医院急诊科4个区域随机抽取130名护士,采用中文版临床不良事件报告研究量表对急诊科护士对不良事件上报的态度进行调查。结果急诊科护士对不良事件上报的意愿总体不高,预检分诊区、抢救区、监护区、观察区护士上报态度得分分别为(65.62±1.16)、(65.49±0.58)、(65.06±0.80)、(63.20±0.86)分,急诊各区域护士上报态度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。工作年限在1~2、3~5、6~9、≥10年的护士上报态度得分分别为(67.37±3.27)、(64.49±3.98)、(63.77±4.82)、(64.30±4.52)分,职称为主管护师及以上、护师、护士的护士上报态度得分分别为(61.25±4.02)、(63.97±4.52)、(65.92±4.02)分,不同年资护士及不同职称护士不良事件上报得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士对不良事件上报意愿不强,有必要加强急诊科护士对不良事件认知的培训,鼓励上报,营造非惩罚性的医院安全文化。
Objective To investigate the attitude of emergency department nurses in reporting adverse events and to analyze the causes. Methods From November to December 2014, 130 nurses were randomly selected from 4 districts in the emergency department of a third-class hospital from January to December in 2014. A total of 130 nurses in emergency department were enrolled in the study. Report the attitude of investigation. Results The willingness of emergency department nurses to report adverse events was generally not high. The attitude scores reported by nurses in pre-triage, rescue, guardianship and observation areas were (65.62 ± 1.16), (65.49 ± 0.58), (65.06 ± 0.80) ) And (63.20 ± 0.86) points, respectively. There was no significant difference in attitude of nurses reporting in all regions of emergency department (P> 0.05). The attitude scores reported by nurses with working years of 1-2, 3--5, 6-9, and ≥10 years were (67.37 ± 3.27), (64.49 ± 3.98), (63.77 ± 4.82) and (64.30 ± 4.52) The scores of reported attitude of nurses with titles of nurses and above, nurses and nurses were (61.25 ± 4.02), (63.97 ± 4.52) and (65.92 ± 4.02) points, respectively. Nurses and nursing staff of different grades reported adverse event reporting scores The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency department nurses are not willing to report adverse events. It is necessary to strengthen the training of emergency department nurses on the awareness of adverse events, encourage reporting and create a non-punitive hospital safety culture.
