高职教育是21世纪中国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,但是目前我国高职院校在专业人才的培养方面普遍存在着目标不明、定位不准、缺乏特色等诸多问题。对此,应将STP营销战略运用到我国高职院校的管理中,合理地进行市场细分及目标市场选择,科学地进行市场定位,提高高职院校在市场中的经营水平,增强生存与发展的能力,实现高职人才的充分就业与优质就业。
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China in the 21st century. But at present, there are many problems in our higher vocational colleges such as unknown goals, inaccurate positioning and lack of features in the cultivation of professionals.
