自我效能感是人们对自己能否成功地进行某一行为的主观判断。教师的自我效能感是影响教师专业化发展的一项重要因素。教师的自我效能感的提高有利于提高教师的教育教学水平,巩固教学信念,降低职业倦怠从而促进教师的专业化发展。个人积极的自我规劝、学校对教师的职业引导与社会对教师行业的重视与支持等都是有效提高教师自我能感的有效途径。
Self-efficacy is the subjective judgment of one’s success in conducting a certain behavior. Teachers’ self-efficacy is an important factor affecting the professional development of teachers. The improvement of teachers’ sense of self-efficacy is helpful to improve teachers’ education and teaching level, consolidate their teaching beliefs, reduce occupational burnout and promote teachers’ professional development. Individual positive self-persuasion, vocational guidance of teachers in schools and society’s attention and support for teachers ’industries are all effective ways to improve teachers’ self-efficacy.
