随着柴油机电喷技术的高速发展,越来越多的工程机械采用电喷柴油机作为动力源,电喷柴油机的喷射系统压力较高,当柴油的清洁度不高时,其中的杂质会在高压下高速冲击喷油嘴,造成喷油嘴的磨损,引起柴油机燃油消耗量增加、柴油机功率下降、噪声更大、怠速不稳定、排放增加等一系列问题。高效柴油加注预滤器采用多级过滤形式,能够过滤柴油中的90%以上的机械杂质、胶质和沥青质,有效提高柴油的洁净度。经试验证实,通过使用该预滤器,可以将柴油机燃油系统滤清器的更换周期延长3~4倍,减少燃油消耗5%以上,介绍了高效柴油加注预滤器的结构组成及工作原理。
