[目标]研究石榴皮多酚小鼠体内抗氧化活性。[方法]将昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组十只;测定各组小鼠血清及肝脏组织中蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结果]石榴皮多酚可以提高小鼠血清和肝脏组织中蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活力,并且可以降低血清和肝脏组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结论]石榴皮多酚具有体内抗氧化活性。
[Objective] To study the anti-oxidative activity of pomegranate polyphenol in mice. [Method] Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group, with 10 mice in each group. The serum and liver tissues of each group were assayed for protein content, superoxide dismutase SOD, GSH-PX activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. [Result] Pomegranate peel polyphenols could increase the protein content, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in the serum and liver tissues of mice and reduce the serum and liver Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in tissues. [Conclusion] Pomegranate peel polyphenol has antioxidant activity in vivo.
