在山东省4个不同生态区域调查了玉米粗缩病发病率,并研究了粗缩病对玉米植株特性的影响。结果表明,适当推迟玉米播期(采用直播方式)可以有效降低粗缩病的发病率,4个生态区发病率平均降低84.1%。不同感病程度的玉米干物质积累显著减少,中等和严重感病玉米单株子粒产量分别降低了66.8%和100%。玉米植株感病后叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量显著降低,其中对叶绿素a和叶绿素b的影响更显著,科多4号、郑单958、超试1号和郑单21严重感病植株叶片的叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量较正常植株分别降低了13.4%、58.4%、62.5%、27.8%和17.4%、72.2%、77.4%、41.4%;株高、叶面积显著降低,茎粗减小,比叶重无显著变化。
The incidence of maize rough set was investigated in four different ecological regions of Shandong Province and the effects of culling on maize plant characteristics were studied.
