针对多时期综合效率评价中缺乏考虑决策者时间偏好的问题,将两种时序加权算子引入时序DEA中以获取决策单元在多个时期内的综合效率评价结果.利用时序加权算子集结所得的效率融入了决策者的时间偏好,不仅可以较好地实现对各决策单元的客观合理评价,而且也可以用于衡量决策单元在多个时期内效率前沿的移动情况.此外还证明了谢艾国等人的第一种排序方法在特定的条件下等价于简单算术加权平均集结法.最后,以一个算例说明了考虑决策者时间偏好在多时期综合效率评价中的有效性和实用性.
In view of the lack of consideration of the time preference of decision makers in the multi-period comprehensive efficiency evaluation, two kinds of time-weighted operators are introduced into the sequence DEA to obtain the evaluation results of the comprehensive efficiency of decision-making units over multiple periods. Efficiency incorporates the time preferences of decision-makers, which not only can objectively and reasonably evaluate each decision-making unit well, but also can be used to measure the movement of decision-making units in the frontier of efficiency in multiple periods.In addition, The first method of ranking is equivalent to the simple arithmetic weighted averaging method under certain conditions.Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of considering the temporal preferences of decision makers in multi-period synthetic efficiency evaluation.
