在分析影响重介选煤控制的主次要因素的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型。针对系统中存在的大滞后、非线性和强耦合等特点,在解耦控制的基础上,提出采用模糊内模控制技术与PID控制技术对密度与液位分别加以控制。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能够很好地补偿滞后,使系统获得满意的控制效果,是控制重介选煤的一种有效方法。
Based on the analysis of the primary and secondary factors affecting heavy medium coal preparation control, a mathematical model of the system is established. Aiming at the characteristics of large delay, nonlinearity and strong coupling existing in the system, this paper puts forward the control of the density and the liquid level respectively by the fuzzy internal model control technology and the PID control technology based on the decoupling control. The simulation results show that the control method can well compensate the hysteresis and make the system obtain satisfactory control effect, which is an effective method to control HM coal preparation.
