排球运动是一项隔网对抗的集体项目,需要运动员掌握高超的专业技术,团队成员相互配合,根据比赛中的突发状况迅速、及时的做出处理和应对。因此,排球运动不仅要求运动员自身具有良好的身体素质,同时对其心理素质也有较高的要求。本文介绍了排球运动员接发球时易产生紧张心理的几种主要表现,探讨其影响诱因,并针对接发球紧张心理的训练提出了一些建议。
