高危妊娠可加速早产儿肺和脑组织的成熟已为许多研究报告所证实。Hadi报告慢性宫内窘迫之早产儿,大脑半球脑沟、脑回、脑裂解剖上均显示成熟度加速。近来Baylor医学院应用胎儿晶体前血管膜的消失来判断新生儿27至34周孕期的胎龄。结果表明胎龄和晶体前血管膜的分度无明显相关现象(r=0.877,t=18.1,P<0.001)。作者用晶体前血管膜消失判断胎龄。是否新生儿晶体前血管膜依次萎缩可作为判断慢性胎儿窘迫加速晶体前血管膜发育的评价标准。材料与方法两年间将27~34周胎龄之180名新生儿作为观察对象。胎龄以母月经史为依据。若经期不正常则以早期超声检查来决定胎龄。每例生后均
