目的:探究对肛肠外科术后结肠造口患者,开展出院后家庭健康教育管理的效果,为更好加强患者安全管理提供参考。方法:以2010年2月~2015年2月在温州医科大学附属第二医院进行直肠癌术后结肠造口的90例患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的出院健康教育指导,观察组患者在出院健康教育指导的基础上,给予患者家庭健康教育。结果:观察组生活质量各项指标评分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:出院后对患者实施家庭健康教育,能够显著提高和巩固患者术后的治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量,对于避免疾病复发,保证患者健康具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of family health education management after discharge on patients with colostomy after anorectal surgery, so as to provide reference for better management of patients’ safety. Methods: From February 2010 to February 2015, 90 patients with postoperative colostomy of colorectal cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method. The control group of patients with conventional discharge health education guidance, observation group of patients discharged health education guidance, based on the patient’s family health education. Results: The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of family health education after discharged from hospital can significantly improve and consolidate the therapeutic effect of postoperative patients, improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is of great significance to avoid recurrence of diseases and ensure the health of patients.
