目的分析健康教育在新生儿听力筛查中的应用效果。方法 110例产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。均应用GSI 70自动耳声发射听力筛查仪进行测试,对照组行常规教育,观察组在常规教育基础上行健康教育。比较两组新生儿听力初筛率、复筛率,两组产妇对假阳性、假阴性理解率以及筛查满意度。结果观察组新生儿听力初筛率、复筛率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对假阳性、假阴性理解率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组筛查满意度为94.5%,高于对照组的78.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿听力筛查中应用健康教育能够提高听力筛查率,帮助产妇更好理解新生儿听力筛查的相关知识,以便尽早发现听力障碍儿童,促进儿童的健康成长。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education in newborn hearing screening. Methods 110 maternal women were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. All of them were tested with GSI 70 automatic otoacoustic emission audiometry. The control group received routine education. The observation group received health education based on routine education. The rates of hearing screening, screening rate, maternal positive rate of false positive, false negative rate and screening satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The neonatal hearing screening rate and screening rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group maternal false positive, false negative rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The screening satisfaction of the observation group was 94.5%, which was higher than 78.2% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in neonatal hearing screening can improve hearing screening rate and help maternal better understand the newborn hearing screening knowledge in order to find the earliest hearing impaired children and promote the healthy growth of children.
