煤矸石堆场地表径流Fe、Mn、SO2-4污染特征及其对植物种苗生长的影响——以贵阳市废弃煤矿区为例

通过对贵州省花溪区麦坪乡废弃煤矸石堆场进行调查,按煤矸石堆场中心区、煤矸石堆场外缘区、无煤矸石堆场区进行地表径流采样,探讨煤矸石堆场地表径流污染特征及其对植物种苗生长的影响.研究结果表明:在受到降雨地表径流的直接作用下,煤矸石堆场地表径流pH值达2.27~5.51,主要污染物(Fe、Mn、SO2-4)的 浓度以外缘区高于中心区.地表径流Fe、Mn、SO2-4的浓度对植物种苗萌发生长产生影响,通过选取3个区域特征水样对5种植物种子(白三叶、绿化黑麦、牧草黑麦、红三叶紫、花苜蓿)进行研究,可知白三叶种子萌发及生长情况不受3个不同的浓度水样影响;绿化黑麦在中心区水样的处理下体现了最好的耐性,萌发情况也最好;而牧草黑麦、红三叶和紫花苜蓿,在中心区和边缘区地表径流水的处理下的都能体现较强的耐性,对照区处理液对种子的萌发情况影响均不大.
