糖精钠的掺伪现象极为普遍,一般多在其中掺入蔗糖。其检查方法一股有感官、蔗糖定性和糖精钠含量分析等。本文应用裂解气相色谱法(PGC),采用火焰离子化检测器,GDX-102(1.5m×4mm)柱,将糖精钠样品涂于裂解丝上裂解后进行分离检测。结果(图1~3)
