目的:研究生藤中乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离5个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香脂素(Ⅰ),diasyringaresinol(Ⅱ),表丁香脂素(Ⅲ),justiciresinol(Ⅳ),threo-4’,4″,7″,9″-tetrahydroxy-3,3’,3″,5-tetramethoxy-4,8″-oxy-7,9’∶7’,9-diepoxylignan(Ⅴ)。结论:5种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of ethyl acetate in rattan. Methods: The ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, MCI and Sephadex LH-20. The structure was identified by spectral data analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Results: Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction and identified as melatonin (Ⅰ), diasyringaresinol (Ⅱ), melatonin (Ⅲ), justiciresinol (Ⅳ), threo-4 ’, 4 “ ”, 9“ -tetrahydroxy-3,3 ’, 3 ”, 5-tetramethoxy-4,8" -oxy-7,9’7’, 9-diepoxylignan (Ⅴ) The plant is isolated.
