目的:探析在乳腺癌的诊断中,CA125、CA153和CEA的检测价值。方法:选择在我院就诊的乳腺癌患者78例、乳腺良性肿物患者66例以及健康体检者100例作为本次实验的研究对象,将其分为乳癌组、良性组以及健康组,测定三组患者的CA125、CA153和CEA水平,并进行比较。结果:乳腺癌组CA125、CA153和CEA水平明显高于良性组和健康组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);乳癌组CA125、CA153、CEA以及联合测定的阳性率分别为60.26%、48.72%、46.15%以及74.36%,良性组各项检出率分别为1.52%、3.03%、4.55%以及6.06%,健康组分别为1.00%、2.00%、2.00%以及2.00%,乳癌组各项检测阳性率均高于其他两组(p<0.05)。单独测定CA125、CA153和CEA的灵敏度分别为78.43%、71.43%、77.78%,特异度为74.07%、77.78%、66.67%,联合检测CA125、CA153和CEA的灵敏度为94.74%,特异度为80.95%,联合检测的灵敏度和特异度均显著高于单独检测,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:联合测定CA125、CA153和CEA可以对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CA125, CA153 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with breast cancer, 66 patients with benign breast disease and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the study subjects in this study. The patients were divided into breast cancer group, benign group and healthy group, Group of patients with CA125, CA153 and CEA levels, and compared. Results: The levels of CA125, CA153 and CEA in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in benign and healthy controls (p <0.05). The positive rates of CA125, CA153, CEA in breast cancer were 60.26% 48.72%, 46.15% and 74.36% respectively. The detection rates in benign group were 1.52%, 3.03%, 4.55% and 6.06%, respectively, and those in healthy group were 1.00%, 2.00%, 2.00% and 2.00% The detection positive rate was higher than the other two groups (p <0.05). The sensitivities of CA125, CA153 and CEA alone were 78.43%, 71.43%, 77.78%, 74.07%, 77.78%, 66.67% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and specificity of the combined detection of CA125, CA153 and CEA were 94.74%, 80.95% . The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were significantly higher than those of single detection, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: The combined determination of CA125, CA153 and CEA can be of great significance for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
