远程研修已成为中小学教师专业发展的有效途径。教学交往是远程研修的生命力所在,提高教学交往的有效性,激发远程研修的深度交往,对于教师专业成长至关重要。本文从探讨深度交往入手,分析了远程研修中教学交往的现状,从加强平台建设、精选研修内容、构建学科研修共同体、强化教师教育技术能力培训、培养教师教学反思意识五方面,提出了提高远程研修深度教学交往的策略。
Distance training has become an effective way for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers. Teaching interaction is the vitality of distance training, improving the effectiveness of teaching interaction and stimulating the deep interaction of distance training are crucial to the professional growth of teachers. Starting with the discussion of deep exchanges, this paper analyzes the status quo of teaching engagement in distance training, from five aspects: strengthening platform construction, selecting training contents, building disciplinary training community, strengthening teachers ’educational technical ability training and cultivating teachers’ teaching reflective consciousness, Tactics of Distance Education for Intensive Teaching.
