目的:为锁阳药材最佳采药期的确定提供科学依据。方法:用高效液相色谱法,对不同地区、不同生育期锁阳的原儿茶酸含量的动态变化进行了研究。色谱条件Lichrosorb ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长259 nm;流动相乙腈-水-冰醋酸(10∶100∶0.1);流速1.0 mL.min-1;进样量10μL。结果:不同地区、不同生育期锁阳的原儿茶酸含量呈现规律性变化,出土前的原儿茶酸含量最高,出土期次之,结实期最低。结论:可将原儿茶酸可以作为锁阳的指标性成分之一,如仅以原儿茶酸作为指标成分,则出土前采集的锁阳药材质量最好,该结果为锁阳药材采收期的确定和质量评价提供了科学依据。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for the determination of the optimal drug-collecting period of Cynomorium. Methods: The dynamic changes of protocatechuic acid content in Cynomorium rotundii in different regions and at different growth stages were studied by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions Lichrosorb ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm); detection wavelength of 259 nm; mobile phase acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (10:100:0.1); flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1; injection volume 10 μL. Results: The content of protocatechuic acid in different regions and different growth periods showed a regular change. The protocatechuic acid content before unearthing was the highest, followed by the unearthed period and the lowest in the fruiting period. Conclusion: Protocatechuic acid can be used as one of the index components of Cynomorium rotundifolia. For example, protocatechuic acid alone is used as the index component, then the quality of Cynomorium rotundifolia collected before the exhumation is the best. The result is the harvest of Cynomorium odoratum The period of determination and quality assessment provide a scientific basis.
