热休克蛋白27(HSP27)是热休克蛋白家族中的重要一员,蛋白质组学研究证实HSP27在人类大肠癌肿瘤细胞中呈过表达现象,并且认为HSP27表达与大肠癌肿瘤细胞转移相关。近年来,HSP27表达被证实与化疗药物耐药和患者预后相关。HSP27表达水平可能是大肠癌患者独立的预后因素。进一步深入研究HSP27与大肠癌的关系,利用其作为大肠癌诊断、分级、治疗、预后的标志物及研制开发新的抗大肠癌药物有重大意义。
Heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) is an important member of the heat shock protein family. Proteomics studies have confirmed that HSP27 is overexpressed in human colorectal cancer cells and that HSP27 expression is associated with tumor cell metastasis in colorectal cancer. In recent years, HSP27 expression has been shown to be associated with chemoresistant drug resistance and patient prognosis. HSP27 expression may be an independent prognostic factor in patients with colorectal cancer. To further study the relationship between HSP27 and colorectal cancer, and to use it as a marker of colorectal cancer diagnosis, grading, treatment, prognosis and development of new anti-colorectal cancer drugs of great significance.
