9月15日6时许,安徽省六安市公安局交警支队三大队接到报警电话:在六安市上店道班附近一池塘漂浮一辆轿车,轿车四轮朝天。民警迅速赶到事故现场,并立即组织人员对车辆进行施救,经过十几分钟的施救,终于将车辆救了上来,当民警打开车辆车门时,发现驾驶人身体发硬,已死亡多时。
