回顾十几年来房地产业发展的经验教训 ,建立有效的宏观调控体系 ,保证房地产业健康协调发展 ,一直是我们工作目标和研究的课题。为此我们付出过巨大的代价 ,也初步摸索和建立了一系列的制度和措施。我们要进一步健全和完善这些措施 ,以法制手段 (主要是法律和法规 )进行强制性 Reviewing the experiences and lessons learned from the development of the real estate industry over the past decade and establishing an effective macro-control system to ensure the healthy and coordinated development of the real estate industry have always been the objectives of our work and research topics.
