铁路生产力布局调整之后,兰州铁路局在新体制、新布局下,围绕铁路跨越式发展战略,突破传统思维模式和管理理念,积极探索专业化管理的新途径及维修新体制。电务系统实施扁平化管理,以生产指挥、微机监测、视频监控三大系统为基础,零距离控制现场;全面整合检修资源,初步实现“作业流程化、检修专业化、管理现代化”。牵引供电系统探索创新符合行车设备检修需要及发展方向的维修体制,形成科学、系统、规范的设备维修体制,不断提高设备检修的质量与效率。
Following the adjustment of the layout of railway productivity, under the new system and new layout, Lanzhou Railway Bureau has been exploring a new way of professional management and maintaining a new system based on its strategic development by leaps and bounds and breaking through the traditional mode of thinking and management concept. Based on the three systems of production command, microcomputer monitoring and video monitoring, the electric power system implemented the flat management, and controlled the site with zero distance. The resources for maintenance were comprehensively integrated, and the operation flow, maintenance specialization and management modernization were initially realized. Traction power supply system to explore innovation in line with the needs of vehicle maintenance and development needs of the maintenance system, the formation of a scientific, systematic and standardized equipment maintenance system and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of equipment maintenance.
