目的:研究肉苁蓉不同提取部位的润肠通便作用。方法:使用易蒙停建立大鼠便秘模型,计算便秘大鼠6 h的粪便粒数和重量,并观察、测定便秘大鼠的胃肠激素和肠神经递质等指标。结果:肉苁蓉不同提取部位有促进便秘大鼠排泄作用,与模型组比较,总寡糖部位组SS、AchE、SP、MTL有升高的趋势,总寡糖部位组5-HT、VIP、NT显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),AQP3显著降低(P<0.01),表明总寡糖组有明显的治疗效果,其余各组无显著性差异,提示总寡糖是肉苁蓉有效作用部位。结论:肉苁蓉的总寡糖具有较好的润畅通便作用,能有效治疗便秘,可为其开发提供科学依据。
Objective: To study the effect of different parts of Cistanche on the role of laxative. Methods: The model of constipation in rats was established with Yimengteng and the number and weight of feces of constipation rats were calculated. The indexes of gastrointestinal hormone and enteric neurotransmitter in constipation rats were measured. Results: Different extracts of Cistanche deserticola could promote the excretion of constipation rats. Compared with the model group, SS, AchE, SP and MTL tended to increase in the total oligosaccharides group. The 5-HT, VIP and NT of the total oligosaccharides group were significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01), AQP3 was significantly lower (P <0.01), indicating that the total oligosaccharide group had a significant therapeutic effect, the other groups showed no significant difference, suggesting that the total oligosaccharides Cistanche effective role site. CONCLUSION: The total oligosaccharides of Cistanche have a good effect of smoothing and purging, which can effectively treat constipation and provide a scientific basis for its development.
