目的 为临床筛窦手术提供解剖学依据。方法 利用CMIAS真彩色医学图像分析仪对50个(100 侧)成年颅骨筛窦中部水平断面进行观测。结果 ①筛窦中部水平断面呈前窄后宽的纺棰形,该切面筛窦长38.93±5.01m m ;筛窦前部、中部、后部的宽分别是12.09±2.04m m 、13.18±2.05m m 、12.83±3.11m m 。②前、后筛窦的面积分别为151.51±46.73m m 2、255.31±73.51m m 2。③中鼻甲基板厚度为0.18±0.07m m ,宽度为12.72±2.45m m 。结论 筛窦手术应注意筛窦的形态特点,并控制手术操作范围,避免损伤周围结构。
Objective To provide anatomical basis for clinical ethmoid sinus surgery. Methods CMIAS true color medical image analyzer was used to observe the horizontal section of the middle part of ethmoid sinus in 50 (100 sides) adult skull. Results ① The middle section of the middle ethmoid sinus was anterior, narrow and wide spine. The ethmoid sinus length was 38.93 ± 5.01 m m. The width of anterior, middle and posterior ethmoid sinus was 12.09 ± 2. 04 m m, 13.18 ± 2.05 m m, 12.83 ± 3.11 m m. ② The area of anterior and posterior ethmoid sinus were 151.51 ± 46.73m 2 and 2,255.31 ± 73.51m 2, respectively. ③ The thickness of the middle turbinate substrate is 0.18 ± 0.07m m and the width is 12.72 ± 2.45m m. Conclusion ethmoid sinus surgery should pay attention to the morphological characteristics of ethmoid sinus and control the scope of the operation to avoid damage to the surrounding structure.
