课堂因生命而美丽,教学因生成而精彩。新课程非常关注和提倡课堂的动态生成,动态生成的课堂必定是一个真实的课堂,是学生思维开放的课堂,更是闪动着学生灵性的“活”的课堂。在课堂教学中客观存在着各种“意外”的变化,如果教育者能面对这些“意想不到”而随机应变、灵活处理,那些不可预见的偶然将会转变为有效的教学资源,课堂教学将活力无限。这就要求教师要有随机应变的能力,更要求教师在随机应变中尊重学生的主体地位。 Classroom is beautiful because of life, teaching is wonderful because it is generated.
