课堂因生命而美丽,教学因生成而精彩。新课程非常关注和提倡课堂的动态生成,动态生成的课堂必定是一个真实的课堂,是学生思维开放的课堂,更是闪动着学生灵性的“活”的课堂。在课堂教学中客观存在着各种“意外”的变化,如果教育者能面对这些“意想不到”而随机应变、灵活处理,那些不可预见的偶然将会转变为有效的教学资源,课堂教学将活力无限。这就要求教师要有随机应变的能力,更要求教师在随机应变中尊重学生的主体地位。
Classroom is beautiful because of life, teaching is wonderful because it is generated. The new curriculum is very concerned and advocates the dynamic generation of the classroom. The dynamically generated classroom must be a real classroom, an open classroom for students ’thinking, and a classroom where students’ spirituality is flashing. There are various “accidental” changes objectively in the classroom teaching. If the educators are able to deal with these “unexpected” situations with flexibility and adaptability, those unpredictable accidents will be transformed into effective teaching resources. Classroom teaching will be infinitely dynamic. This requires that teachers have the ability to adapt to changes, but also require teachers to respect the student’s dominant position in a flexible response.
