对鳞盖红菇(RussulalepidaFr)与正红菇(RussulavinosaLindbl)子实体的粗蛋白、水溶性粗多糖、微量元素、氨基酸等成分进行了分析、比较;并以正红苗为对照,对鳞盖红菇进行了急性毒性实验。结果表明:两种菇所测成分相近,且均属于安全食用菌。
The crude protein, water-soluble crude polysaccharides, trace elements, amino acids and other components of the RussulalepidaFr and RussulavinosaLindbl fruiting bodies were analyzed and compared. Mushrooms were tested for acute toxicity. The results showed that the compositions of the two kinds of mushrooms were similar and all belong to safe edible fungi.
