目的 了解云南阿昌族、德昂族、布朗族、普米族和基诺族等 5个少数民族的 CSF1PO、TPOX和 TH0 1基因座遗传多态性分布。方法 应用复合扩增技术对 CSF1PO、TPOX和 TH0 1等 3个短串联重复序列 (short tandem repeat,STR)基因座进行扩增 ,采用高分辨率的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、银染法显影技术 ,对云南上述 5个少数民族的基因座进行遗传多态性调查。结果 获得了云南省特有的阿昌族、德昂族、布朗族、普米族和基诺族等 5个少数民族的 CSF1PO、TPOX和 TH0 13个基因座的基因频率分布资料。结论 CSF1PO、TPOX和 TH0 13个基因座基因频率分布与 Hardy- Weinberg平衡吻合良好 ,在不同群体中发现一些有意义的遗传差异
Objective To understand the distribution of genetic polymorphisms of CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 1 loci in five ethnic minorities, Achang, De’ang, Blang, Pumi and Jino ethnic groups. Methods Three short tandem repeat (STR) loci such as CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 1 were amplified by multiplex amplification. High-resolution polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining Technology, carry on the genetic polymorphism investigation to locus of above 5 minority of Yunnan. Results The frequency distributions of 13 loci of CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 were obtained from 5 minorities such as Achang, De’ang, Blang, Pumi and Jino, which are endemic to Yunnan Province. Conclusion The frequency distributions of 13 loci of CSF1PO, TPOX and TH0 are in good agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Some significant genetic differences were found in different groups
