推动实现高职学生高质量就业,提升就业指导工作满意度,需要构建适合高职学生特点的指导工作模式。以黄河水利职业技术学院(以下简称“黄河水院”)为例,分析高职院校学生就业指导工作存在的问题,阐述就业指导工作理念、工作运行机制、指导服务体系、项目化就业课程体系建设、职业体验模式等方面的研究与实践。
