企业的竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争。加入WTO后我国企业将面临严峻的挑战。企业人才竞争的白炽化,巨大的压力迫使我们不得不思考:该如何看待人才、如何招聘人才、如何吸引人才、如何激励人才,已成为企业普遍关注的问题。成功的企业尽管所处行业不同但他们有一个共同点,那就是善于使用人、激励人,它们的成功都建立在人才的成功开发之上。劝导报告:韩国最具雄厚实力的大宇企业集团推广的独树一帜的人力资源开发制度——“劝导报告”,目前已引起韩国各界的普遍关注,并被众多的企业所效仿。
In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. After joining the WTO, our enterprises will face severe challenges. The incandescence and huge pressure of competition for talent have forced us to ponder: how to look after talent, how to recruit talent, how to attract talents and how to encourage talents has become a common concern of enterprises. Successful companies have one thing in common though they are in different industries, that is, they are good for people and motivators, and their success is based on the successful development of talent.
