英国一家健康研究中心在归纳了几千份病历后得出一个结论:大约有50种疾病与每天看电视超过3小时有关,其中包括:感冒因坐在电视机前时间多,户外活动时间少机体免疫力降低,所以很容易患感冒。肥胖症看电视使人体消耗减少,皮下脂肪堆积。肠胃病一边看电视一边吃饭,会使胃功能紊乱。有40%以上看电视在3小时以上的人,都有胃下垂、消化性溃疡等。电视腿看电视久坐会使下肢血液回流受阻,促进血凝过程,导致下肢静脉血栓形成,形成电视腿。
