It has been reported in the literature that administration of ginsenoside Rb 2 to rats can increase the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and increase the content of ATP in liver tissue. For further study, the role of ginsenoside Rb 2 in RNA synthesis was discussed. After a single dose of ginsenoside Rb 2 (2.5 mg/100 g body weight) was intraperitoneally injected into rats, the effect of ginsenoside Rb 2 on nuclear RNA synthesis in hepatocytes was continuously measured.
