本文以乙酰氯和叔丁醇为底物,在固一液相转移催化条件下合成了乙酸叔丁酯。研究了相转移催化剂的用量,固碱的用量及粒度对反应的影响。考察了酰基化反应随反应时间变化的规律。实验证明该反应具有相转移催化反应、表面反应的特征。提出了固—液相转移催化的酰基化反应的可能机理。
In this paper, acetyl chloride and tert-butanol as substrate, solid-liquid transfer catalyst under the conditions of the synthesis of t-butyl acetate. The amount of phase transfer catalyst, the amount of solid base and the effect of particle size on the reaction were studied. The changes of acylation reaction with reaction time were investigated. Experiments show that the reaction has the characteristics of phase transfer catalysis and surface reaction. The possible mechanism of acylation of solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis was proposed.
