目的:研究血党的化学成分,寻找结构新颖的先导化合物。方法:应用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及高压制备HPLC对血党95%乙醇提取物进行分离、纯化,采用NMR,MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从血党95%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别是6-甲氧基-8-羟基-苯丙酸丁酯-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),aridisiacrispin B(2),ardisicrenoside A(3),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4),岩白菜素(5),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6),3-甲氧基-4-乙酰氧基-5-十三烷基苯酚(7)和belamcandaquinone C(8)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物4和6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of blood party and to find novel lead compounds. Methods: The 95% ethanol extracts of Xue Dang were isolated and purified by normal phase, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and high pressure preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by NMR, MS and other spectral methods. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract of Chinese blood, namely 6-methoxy-8-hydroxybutyl 5-O-β-D-glucoside (1) aridisiacrispin B (2), ardisicrenoside A (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), bergenin (5), quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnoside Methoxy-4-acetoxy-5-tridecylphenol (7) and belamcandaquinone C (8). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 4 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
