1、引言消费者信用是指一种建立在对消费者在特定的期限内付款或还款承诺信任的基础上,无须付款就可以获取商品、服务或资金的能力.分为消费者消费信用和消费者经营信贷两类.从国外银行发展看,传统业务的利润正日趋减少,而个人金融业务则迅速扩大,在发达国家占到了整个银行业务量的30%左右,一些商业银行的个人金融业务利润已超过50%,甚至70%.在美国,总的消费者信用余额已经从1946年的98亿美元上升到1996年的12263亿美元了.
